Ledger — hash-chain integrity
Every registry transaction gets bundled into a block, cryptographically chained to the one before it. This is a local, tamper-evident chain — not a live public blockchain (no network access here) — but the hashing and chaining are real: change any past transaction and every block after it stops matching.
